LICENSING COMMITTEE DECISIONS

The following is a summary of decisions that were made by the Licensing Committee at their meeting held this morning:-

1. The Committee agreed to grant, subject to the usual formalities, a Club Jockey¡¦s licence to:-

• Aaron Gryder for the period 16 November 2009 until 14 March 2010, both dates inclusive.

• Andreas Suborics for the period 4 January 2010 until 30 April 2010, both dates inclusive.

• Christophe Soumillon for the period 6 January 2010 until 27 March 2010, both dates inclusive.

2. The Committee:-

• noted the performance of all Trainers at the conclusion of the 2008/2009 racing season.
• noted that Trainer Alex Y O Wong had been advised in writing that, as he had failed to satisfy the provisions of the Trainer¡¦s Performance Criteria for the second occasion, should he fail to satisfy the Criteria at the conclusion of any subsequent racing season, he may not be granted a trainer¡¦s licence for the following racing season.
