At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted on Sunday, 1 November 2009, Apprentice Jockey Keith M L Yeung, allocated to Trainer Almond Lee, rode his 20th Hong Kong race winner on HAPPY GO LUCKY. As such, Apprentice Yeung's claiming allowance is now reduced to 7 lbs commencing with the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, 4 November 2009.
